thirty fifth morning
again the moon has erased
yesterday’s footprints
death count
a heron walks through clouds
easter eve
treasures
heavy with emptiness
estate sale
last night’s rain
a stray cat runs
from an old pipe
wheelbarrow
time fills old scars
with lichen
milkweed seedlings
jars of moonlight
on the windowsill
self quarantine
sometimes darkness
is all i need
isolation
the sounds of hours
filled with trees
raising butterflies
the way my heart soars
releasing them
in shades of plum the horizon between storms
i need no shoes
to know the season
bare toes
last walk
the dog’s favorite spot
beneath orion
lily pad a bubble trembles
winter dusk
five geese and i
heading home
the moon takes
the river road
winter night
the iron
of a child’s will
monkey bars
